Tokyo TDC Exhibition 2025 / ginza graphic gallery

Design: Achim Reichert

During the submission period from August 1 to October 1, 2024, we received 3,590 entries of extremely high quality from Japan (1,636) and abroad (1,954). The 30 members of the main category selection committee reviewed the submissions in digital and physical formats over an extended period. In addition, a screening committee of 16 members (9 experts + 7 guest members) reviewed the type design category and a panel of 9 experts reviewed the onscreen category. At the end of this process, we selected 486 works for the yearbook, 11 award winners, and 52 awards nominees.
For the TDC 2025 exhibition detailed below, we have selected approximately 126 works that were particularly highly rated with a focus on the award winners and nominees. As in previous years, the exhibition features an impressive line-up of topical works.
