The Tokyo TDC Annual Awards 2022, an international graphic design competition with the core of visual representation of written language, attracted a total of 3,644 entries: 1,788 from Japan and 1,856 from overseas. Following rigorous screening, 514 works were chosen to be issued on the design annual book which will be published this fall, including 11 prize-winners and 77 nominees. The annual exhibition showcasing competition entries will open on April 1st at Ginza Graphic Gallery, displaying 138 works of the latest graphics including those that were awarded or nominated for prizes.

Friday, 1 April 2022, Tokyo (evening) – Lucerne, Switzerland (afternoon) – Paris, France (afternoon) – Provo・Utah, USA (early morning) – San Francisco & New York, USA (morning) – Beijing, China (evening) and held the awards ceremony online. The following is a report on the event.
<Design Forum TDC DAY 2022>
Coupled with a presentation video of the winners talking about their award-winning work and a commentary video by the guests. High-quality content will be delivered again this year in the same popular style. (Two programmes are available in English and Japanese.)
