Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1983, Ishizuka graduated from Waseda University in 2007, majoring in film studies. He creates advertising art, book design, display design, etc. in areas as diverse as contemporary art, performing arts, music and fashion. Since 2019, he has operated his own studio and project room, People. He received JAGDA New Designer Award in 2023.
