Art Director / Graphic Designer
Born in 1973, Hyogo prefecture in Japan. After graduating from a technical high school, Ohara went through a number of different field of job. During this “accumulation of experience” process, Ohara self-taught design, and transformed to a freelance designer in 2000.
In November 2011, Ohara founded NIGN Company Limited.
The company’s business domain is extensive and edgy, covering projects from CI, branding, book design, graphic works for fashion, art industry, and package design.
Member of Tokyo Type Director’s Club and Japan Graphic Designers Association.
Co-authored a “Do It Yourself Book for Printing and Processing” (Graphic-sha Publishing).
