Asuka Kawabata is a graphic designer and design educator with BA in Graphic Design from Tokyo Zokei University (1992–1997) and Central Saint Martins Collage of Art and Design (1998–2001), and an MA in Design Products from the Royal College of Art (2001–2003). Before joining Kuwasawa Design School in Tokyo as a teacher（2010–）, she was head Communication Design for Ab Rogers Design in London (2003–2009).
