Yuichi Yokoyama “ICELAND”(Book Design)

This is a book design for Yuichi Yokoyama’s “ICELAND” (Client: 888books).

There is a Japanese version and Chinese version.

I have two feelings: one that I want to be sensitive to beautiful characters; and the other that I want to believe that anything is good as long as it is readable. I always go back and forth between the two ambivalent feelings. Then, Yokoyama’s works always stimulate the latter feeling.

As a result, the book design was devised.
