Kyutai (Sphere)” Issues 1, 2, 3 (Magazine)

To my mind, there is no question that people were aware of “characters” before the language emerged with which they could convey their utterances. A “sphere” is the embryonic form, the shape that existed before “characters” became “characters”. There have been just three issues of “Kyutai (Sphere)” since it began rolling of the presses. That this misshapen “sphere” has been scooped up makes me roll with happiness. I’d like to believe that it’s because “characters” are clearly discernable in the “sphere”.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who has helped me get this thing rolling.

Keep rolling…
